Photography?
I never took photography classes in High School. But i love doing purfect picture taking for the most weirdest reasons.
I love the idea of Art, since i love to edit my pics all the time that i take of myself and others.
Im planning on going to college for Nursing. But is there a way i can still be in college at the same time for photography (art) ?

Almost all schools have photoclasse of some kind. While taking your nursing prep courses, take some photo courses.
You might not have time to give to photography when you get closer to your degree, especially if your going for your RN, or higher. But you will be expected to find some liberal art classes while taking your pre-nursing.

If you college has a journalism or mass communications department chances they offer some photography classes. If they offer a photography major, so much the better. You could look at doing a double major or take a minor in journalism or photography.
It’s possible that there may be some photography classes offered through the art department, buy you’re most likely going to find them in journalism or mass communications.
You may also find there’s a camera or photography club on campus; you can join that.

Are you doing an associate degree or BA? An associate degree RN doesn’t leave much time for extra classes. If you’re doing a 3 or 4 year program, then you might have time for some photography classes. Best of luck to you, I worked 20 years in healthcare. It is rewarding, pays well and you’ll always be able to find employment.
